The reception closes at 21:00, Monday to Saturday, and at 11:00 on Sundays. Guests arriving after the reception has closed are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance (at least 2 hours before the reception closes). Contact details are found in the booking confirmation.
During certain non-service periods, the hotel is unmanned. Breakfast is not served, cleaning is not done and towels will not be changed. Guests staying at the hotel during these periods will receive an e-mail with check-in instructions. Please contact the hotel if you do not receive this email. Guests will then receive a code to a box where the key can be collected.
